Palisade Fence Panels with Curved D Sections Spiked on Top for Substation Security

We supply fabricated galvanised steel palisade fence panels with vertical curved D sections for security fencing uses. The fencing panels and fittings are corrosion protected by Hot Dip Galvanizing according to BS EN ISO 1461:2009 standard. Standard overall size of the palisade panel is 2500mm length by 2200mm high above the concrete.

Composed of Curved D sections and Angle Rails

Material: Galvanised steel palisade fence panels
Design: Vertical curved D sections 3mm thick spaced at 150mm centre to centre, spiked on top
Installation: Bolted on to galvanised angle horizontal rails, top, middle and bottom, angle rails fixed on to the two end posts of 50mmxI00mmx4mm galvanised hollow section (inclusive). Length of the end hallow section posts is to include an extended length of minimum 1000mm length ready to be cast in concrete. Galvanised tamper proof nuts and bolts to be used.

Sliding steel gate of palisade fence panels:
Gate size: 6 m wide x 2.2m high at the entrance to the substation
Gate design: Framed in galvanised steel hollow section 50 mm x 50mm x 2.5 mm square hollow section, braced with galvanised steel hollow section 100 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm rectangular hollow section, covered with steel hollow sections 25mm x 25mm x 4 mm spaced at 150 mm centre to centre. End posts to be installed in Grade 25 grade concrete.
End posts of gate: 100 mm x 100 mm x 4 hot dipped galvanised.
