i. Is the fence materials environmental friendly?

Yes, Tripline uses quality mild steel materials, made from recyclable steel that can be used for a long service life over ten years. The metal materials can be repeatedly used for saving energy and cost.

 

ii. Is it our responsibility to provide a detail design for the fence and gate foundation?

Yes, once you give your specific requirements, we can provide details of the fence materials and sectional drawings as part of Technical Requirements, for your reference.

 

iii. Any detail of project site needed including soil investigation and underground facilites report before installation of fences?

Yes, soil investigation shall be done on the Project site, also we need information on underground facilities within the fence line.

 

iv. Property of material finishes?

The fences are properly treated with anti-corrosion, anti-weather, anti-rusting finishes.

 

v. Any preference on coating material?

We use high quality non-toxic powder and take advanced coating process, to reduce the polution to minimum.

 

vi. Is the steel fencing welded or bolted?

The fencing system is welded and bolted construction, the welding spot is durable and firm, and the whole fence system can withstand strong wind.

 

vii. Do you provide custom design for fences?

Yes, we can OEM or meet specific style requirements on the basis of bulk production at a certain amount.

 

viii. What are the details of the security topping system?

The additional security fence topping can be razor barbed wire and barbed spikes. The barbed wire is supported by v bends / arms extensions, the fencing spikes are attached along top rails. Electric topping coil on the fence can be used also.

 

ix. Do you provide aftersales service?

Yes, a purchase from our customers begins our services. We help maintain the fencing by providing technical advise and on sites.

x. Export packing:

The goods shall be carefully packed and protected in appropriate manner to ensure adequate protection and prevent their damage during transit and rough handling.

 

xi. Worrying about the uniformity of coating.

No need, our powder coating are subsequently Thermoplastic Powder coated after, Uniformity of Coating as per IS 2629 international standard.

As per IS 6745 / IS 2629. The fence panels are Dual coated with a galvanized base + polyester powder coated
